Dr. Vanessa Lam
Dr. Vanessa Lam was born and raised in San Francisco, California. She is a proud double Bruin, having earned both her Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She currently resides in the Bay Area with her husband and wonderful children.
As a passionate dental clinician, Vanessa believes dentistry goes beyond treating teeth – it is about caring for people. She is committed to providing the highest quality dental care with compassion, precision, and personalized attention. Her patients can expect advanced dental treatments delivered in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Vanessa offers comprehensive general dentistry services, including Invisalign, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, preventive services, extractions, implant restorations, and much more. She has a particular passion for cosmetic dentistry and enjoys helping patients achieve confident, beautiful smiles.
She is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and San Mateo County Dental Society. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Vanessa continually expands her clinical expertise through ongoing continuing education and by staying current with the latest advancements in dental technology and treatment techniques.
Outside of dentistry, Vanessa enjoys exploring cuisines from around the world, is an avid swimmer, and is a trained junior lifeguard. With a commitment to excellence and genuine care, Vanessa builds lasting patient relationships while helping each individual achieve a healthy, confident smile.
